Finiky cats (3) wont eat Costco's Kirkland cat food anymore. What can I do?
My cats were content with Purina indoor formula but I was in pinch so bought Costco's Kirkland brand. My cats ate it for about a week or two but now turn their nose up. I bought another smaller bag hoping they'd warm up to it when my local Target didn't have Purina but no change. Is there anything I can do to " doctor up" my kitty rejects to make it more appealing to them? beside add some Purina to it . Thanks.

My cat has never used a litter box. He always goes outside. He has never even had an accident. Well, okay, once when my boyfriend yelled at me my cat jumped down off of the bed and peed in his clothes, but that's the only time. Since he got attacked by a raccoon, he is afraid to go outside at all. It's a good day when I can get him to go out twice. Doesn't he need to pee and poop more than that?

I am still upset about my cats death.?
My cat died on October 1st of 2008. I am only 15 and he died at the age 18 which means there hasnt been a day in my life where he hasnt been breathing. Cats have a cold, what will help?
My mothers cats have a cold, 3 of them. They got it from the kitty they adopted from the humane society. Well the kitty is fine but the others are sick. Now the meds are expensive and I heard that you can give them a drop of the childrens cold medicine. I have infant cold medicine from my daughters pediatrician that is for babies up to 12 months. I was thinking since you can give a dog benadryl maybe you could give a cat cold meds. Anyone know if this is alright or a home remedy.. something to allow the cats to breath and not be so congested?

Cat won't come back in the house...?
I have 3 cats, all spayed males who are 3 to 4 years old. I live in a carless island, in a village. I live on the second floor of a house with a balcony. The alpha cat never goes off the balcony, the 3 cat will only go to the roof of the nearby workshed and the 2 cat who has street life experience likes to go out, but always came home.The 3 cat is jealous of 2, but 2 isn't bothered by this. The other night the 3 cat would not come off the workshop roof, and seemed determined to prevent the 2 cat from jumping up to get to the balcony. It took a lot of effort to get the 3 cat and bring him home, and since then, the 2 will not come back into the house.I haven't seen him in 40 hours, he's been out five nights. Usually I leave a window open, and in the past, i'd go in that room and he would always be back. 3 kitty also has a cut on his lip, and a rear claw is completely missing, just a pink nub, but other than cleaning it, he's his usual self.I'm really getting sleepless, keep dreaming that I'm hearing the 2 kitty, and keep calling him, but don't know how to get him to come home? Anyone have experience with this? I think he's spooked, they might have had a fight, but i heard nothing. It's getting cold, and two nights ago, he came around, and was vocal and making bread motions with his paws and looked cold, but ran away when i calmly tried to sooth him and approach him.any help would be mucho appreciado
Keeping a cat indoors... tips?
Ok, so up until now I've only ever had cats that go outside during the day come in at night. We're about to get two new kittens who will need to be strictly indoors at all times only we live on a busy street .I thought it shouldn't be too hard to manage but now I'm getting worried that their instincts will get the better of them and they'll try to get out or become unhappy if they don't.Any tips to help keep us all happy?
